The Research and Development Division is comprised of two laboratories: chemical and biology as well as Scientific, Project Management, Registration and Clinical Trial Departments.

The Chemical Laboratory conducts synthesis of new chemical compounds with the potential for future application as innovative drugs. Excellently equipped and well organized logistically, the Laboratory forms a full technological line, starting with Organic Synthesis Laboratory, Analytical Laboratory to the Formulation and Technology Department. Such a structure allows to effectively carry out even very ambitious and multistage research projects. With new biologically active substances in mind, which may be used as drugs, the Biology Laboratory was formed. As part of the  research, we identify the therapeutic suitability of chemical and biological molecules with in vitro and in vivo methods. The Biology Laboratory is comprised of the In Silico Lab, General Laboratory, Biotechnology Lab, Isotopes Lab and Animal Lab - all equipped with the latest generation equipment which is used to conduct research which combines biochemistry, physiology, molecular biology and biotechnology. The process of searching for new solutions, both in the area of generic as well as innovative drugs and their marketing is strongly supported by the other departments of the R&D Division.  Experienced and professional staff, thorough knowledge of pharmaceutical and patenting laws as well as organizational systems allow for effective application of developed solutions by our scientists.
